Town West Realty, Inc. (TWR) established in 1980 provides real estate investment, land acquisitions and site analysis and commercial leasing and brokerage services for ourselves and our clients. TWR and its affiliate companies own, operate and manage a real estate portfolio in valued excess of $200 million dollars consisting of retail, office, multi family residential and future development properties.

TWR II was formed in 1994 to provide asset and property management services for completed projects.

Town West Design Development, Inc. (TWDD) was founded in 2001 to provide architectural design development and building construction services. TWDD provides full professional services for Project Development including: site evaluations, rezoning, feasibility studies, financing, condominium conversions, architectural design and planning, and building construction. TWDD concentrates on build to suite for lease or sale projects including office, retail and specialty medical uses. We are the only full service design development and construction company in the Tucson area with an emphasis on office and specialty medical uses.
